Contact the PixToPaper Team about conversion problems, accessibility, guide corrections or privacy.
For a conversion problem
Include your browser and operating system, the source image format, approximate file dimensions and size, the settings you selected, and any error message. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead.
Describe the steps from choosing images to creating and downloading the PDF. Say whether the problem appears in the page preview, the downloaded file or only when printing. If several images are involved, try one non-sensitive image first and note whether the same problem occurs. Copy an error message as text where possible, rather than sending a screenshot containing private material.
Keep your files private. Do not attach confidential documents, passwords, identity documents or personal information. Use a made-up, non-sensitive example if an image is necessary.
Conversion runs in your browser. The team cannot retrieve the images you selected, recover a PDF saved on your device or inspect your local files remotely. Keep your originals and check your download folder for a saved PDF. If you need to demonstrate a problem, recreate it with a simple sample that you are comfortable sharing.
Check the relevant guide first
For page order, preview and download steps, follow the conversion walkthrough. Missing edges may be a placement issue: the paper-size guide explains Fit versus Fill. Use the blurry-image guide for source-resolution checks, or the print-sizing guide when the problem only appears on paper.
A white background behind a transparent PNG is expected in this converter, even with Lossless quality. Read the transparency guide before reporting lost white lettering. For differences in sharpness or file size between quality settings, see PNG vs JPG.
For an accessibility issue
Include the page address, the control or content affected, and what prevented you from completing the task. Describe the steps you took with a keyboard or other input method. If relevant, name the assistive technology and version, browser, zoom level or display setting. Explain the result you needed; you do not need to disclose a medical condition or other personal information.
For a guide correction
Send the guide address and heading, quote the specific sentence or step, and explain the correction. For a numerical example, include your calculation or the settings used to reproduce it. A link to a relevant technical source helps us distinguish a factual error from a different viewer, printer or layout setting.
For privacy questions
For privacy questions or data requests, use the email above. Send only the information needed to describe your request. Read our privacy notice for information about local conversion, hosting and email.
Identify whether your question concerns browser conversion, site usage or an email you sent. Do not send source images as proof of a privacy request. If an earlier message is relevant, give its subject and approximate date rather than forwarding unrelated attachments. We can discuss the request by email, but cannot access or delete files held only on your device.
